    • Does the price include VAT?

      No, VAT will be added to the price if applicable.

    • How long does take to get my app?

      Once we have all the required data and assets, we aim for a maximum of one week. Note that this timeframe doesn't include App store and Play store review times which we can't control.

    • What type of support do you offer?

      Our self-service platform will launch soon but until then we aim for full support in updating the app's data. This support doesn't cover material changes to the app that will require an app update, these changes will incur charges.

    • What can be customised in the app?

      All the text, logos and colors can be customised according to your brand. We can offer custom layouts and icon packs at an additional fee.

    • Which platforms do you support?

      We support Android, iOS, iPadOS operating systems. A web version is coming soon.

    • Can I update the app after it has been released?

      Generally yes. We are committed to security and stability updated free of charge. Any material changes that require an app update will have extra fees.

    • Are you able to add bespoke features to my app?

      Yes with additional fees depending on complexity and scope.

    • What languages does the app support?

      The app can support multiple languages however translating the app will incur extra charges.

    • What is your refund policy?

      Once legal agreements are signed, fees are not refundable.
